The Mediafront website (https://mediafront.org, the “MediaFront website” or the “Website”) and the Mediafront service (together with the Website, the “Mediafront Service” or the “Service”) are owned by HYPERCODE LLC.

Application of General Terms and Conditions.
These Terms of Service govern all use of the Mediafront Services by you or the entity or company that you represent (“Customer” or “Company”). Customers' right to use the Mediafront Services is conditioned on acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you should not click the “Accept” button and you should not use the service.
Acceptance and Accuracy.
By using the Mediafront Service and/or the Website, you agree, without limitation, to comply with these Terms and conditions and any other rules applicable to any website where the Mediafront Service is found. Mediafront reserves the right to make changes in these Terms with or without notice.
Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Mediafront service is not liable in any way for the loss of profit of customers, any other economic loss, caused by direct or indirect use of the Website and its services.
Service Level Agreement
The Mediafront will do everything in its power to keep at least a 99.9% monthly uptime for our content delivery. You acknowledge that occasional unavailability of the services can occur. We make no warranty that the service will be running uninterrupted.
Prohibited activity
Customers are responsible for all conducted activity including any damages that may result from errors or omissions, false material and material that may be abusive, obscene, indecent, infringing or illegal.
In addition to the above, you agree that you will not upload, store, distribute or transmit the following content using Mediafront services:
- Copyrighted content
- Fraud activity
- Underage adult materials
- Drug dealing
- Illegal access to other computer systems
- Spamming
- Content that includes any violation of law.
Customer is fully responsible for providing content on the Service and agrees to use services according to all applicable laws.
Cancellation policy
Customer can cancel his account and refuse to use Mediafront services any time. It can be done by contacting our support team. Before the cancellation will be completed, Customer should pay all amounts due for already performed services.
